The Opportunity:
 
Mochee Inc. is a full-service social media agency based in Miami, Florida. We offer everything from content creation and community management to strategy and social media advertising.
 
We’re looking for talented, multimedia content creators with a broad understanding of brand-centered content development across social media platforms.
 
What you’ll do:
  • This position will work directly with our Creative Director and account managers to develop innovative concepts and turn them into publishable social media content assets for a variety of clients and platforms.
  • Production includes photography, videography, and working with existing asset libraries to edit short-form content and assets. 
  • Motion graphics and animation experience is a plus!
Responsibilities:
  • Develop social media content in line with client brand values and objectives. Assets to include Reels, Tiktoks, live behind the scenes footage on Instagram Stories, social media photography, GIFs and more. 
  • Manage workflow of multiple creative projects and timelines.
  • Manage the delivery of all assets: retouching, routing all assets for internal approval, final edits, posting to internal/external asset management, and delivering to teams for use.
Skills:
  • Video production: 1-3 years 
  • Video editing: 1-3 years 
  • Photography: 1-3 years
  • Adobe Suite proficiency (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign) 
  • Operating DSLR or Mirrorless camera 
  • Gimbal and Drone experience is a plus

About the Role
 
We’re looking for an analytically curious intern who can operate at the intersection of marketing strategy and data infrastructure. This role focuses on building performance dashboards, structuring datasets, and translating campaign data into decision-ready insights.

You’ll work alongside our team to design reporting environments that drive real marketing outcomes, not just surface-level metrics.

What You’ll Work On
  • Build and maintain cross-channel marketing dashboards
  • Transform raw data into decision-ready visualizations
  • QA reports and troubleshoot data discrepancies
  • Support reporting tied to paid media performance

Core Responsibilities
  • Write and optimize SQL queries
  • Manage and manipulate datasets in BigQuery
  • Design dashboards in Looker Studio and other dashboard tools
  • Assist in automating recurring reporting workflows

Skills & Tools
Technical
  • BigQuery

Conceptual
  • Understanding of digital marketing KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS)
  • Ability to connect data to business outcomes
