Mochee engaged with ALINA Residences in 2019 to take to market their under-construction luxury condos in Boca Raton. As the building was actively being constructed, assets were limited to a handful of renderings and floorplans. Through neighborhood image research, partnership takeovers, creative video production, and engaging Instagram Story packages, Mochee secured over 3 million annual impressions and a 15% engagement rate. Mochee leveraged all milestones from groundbreaking to move-in.
More importantly, Mochee contributed to a sellout of the building within 18 months, ahead of the developer’s initial goal. ALINA Residences has entered into Phase Two, consisting of two new luxury buildings adjacent to the first, which broke ground in spring 2022, with delivery expected in 2024.
