Case study: Shoreline
Mochee was signed to work on the Shoreline rental building in late 2018. Within less than 8 months, the premier building was fully leased, a full 6 months earlier than initial projections. Mochee strategized its social media presence to educate potential renters on the North Miami neighborhood, convenient location, unique amenities including the largest man-made lagoon in America, and introductory leasing deals. Despite limited assets from the development, Mochee leveraged lifestyle and family brand content and created a grid approach with renderings and finished products. Mochee also created Instagram highlights giving potential clients all the information they’d need on their future homes at their fingertips. Through a highly targeted social media advertising strategy, Mochee accounted for a significant amount of hot leads for the development’s sales team.
